What we have here is a pretty different CD at that; however, this is not a bad thing as it seems to work for the band, Multiple genres, influences ranging from shades of Sabbath and Zeppelin to A Perfect Circle, Deftones and others. Armed with five memorable tracks, I can tell these guys have been busy perfecting their craft and defining their sound. Can’t get the title track “Media Mask” out of my head. An excellent choice for this showcases all aspects of the vocal ability of frontman Sam LeMay. Five unique tunes, impeccable arrangements, strong chops, solid foundation & discipline shows the potential these guys have. All five songs here shine with a strong production to boot.
