M3 Festival Returns May 3rd, 4th, & 5th

m3 fest11th annual M3 festival returns Friday, May 3, Saturday, May 4, and Sunday, May 5, 2019, to the Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Maryland. This year’s line up will include a lot of favorites featuring Whitesnake, Autograph, Bang Tango, Extreme, Firehouse, Kingdom Come, KIX, LA Guns, Quiet Riot, Steven Adler, Skid Row, Dokken, Enuff Z Nuff, Black and Blue, Tora Tora, and Warrant.

M3 Festival is a celebration of the 80’s hair metal genre. The event brings together people from overseas and across the United States who gather for a weekend of music. For the young fans who were not born during the music genres heyday in the ’80s, it is an opportunity to see the bands live, meet them, and celebrate the music, style, and attitude. Fans always come to the shows with the things that were worn in the 80s.

For the older fans, it is an opportunity to relive the memories from the music genre is it is an opportunity to celebrate the escape from reality for a weekend to celebrate. It is one of the only festivals in the United States that celebrate the 80s hair metal genre. Every year the lineup changes the lineup is always different. Warrant is the only band from last year that is performing this year. That is one of the most exciting things about the M3 Music festival is that you don’t get the same bands every year you get different groups and different things that are going on. The venue is worth coming to. One of the things dad I like about the place is the pinball machines. You have KISS and Guns N Roses pinball machines that you get to play for a quarter each game.
